Often the call to this work shows up through a particular circumstance: losing a job, a change in relationship, a diagnosis, Death of some kind. The question is not whether you can get through changes such as these - of course you can and will. The question is rather how you get want to engage and if a shift is being asked of you in how you relate to the event. There are oars in your hands…you can elect to put them down and allow the current to take you where it goes, paddle furiously against the current and stay basically in the same place, or use the power of the flow along with your own strength to get you where you want to go.

With this work, each life experience becomes a purposeful step along your journey, welcomed for the lessons it brings. How is this happening for me not to me?
